[01] Community solar, owned by the street

Power thestreet youlive on.

Sunfold puts solar on the roofs our neighbours already have — schools, depots, a brewery — and sells the power back to the people around them. 412 members own every panel. One share, one vote, every kilowatt-hour published.

[02] Membership

Three steps from
neighbour to owner.

No lease to sign, no panels on your own roof. You buy into the roofs that already work, and the co-op does the engineering.

€250 each, up to forty per household. Every share carries the same single vote at the assembly — whether you hold one or forty.

Step 02 / Build

We build on shared roofs

Hosts lend the roof for twenty-five years and buy the power at a discount. Installation is done by members of the Riverside Electricians’ Guild.

Step 03 / Bill

Members on the Riverside feeder get a credit for each kWh the roofs export, plus interest on their shares paid quarterly.

[03] Roof register

Every roof, every
kilowatt-hour.

The register is the co-op’s ledger. It is published in full, updated nightly from the meters, and audited each March by members elected at the assembly.
