We take heat off the silicon at 32 °C, carry it out of the hall at 45 °C, and sell it to the town's district heating grid instead of venting it to the sky.

Air never carries the load. Fans in the hall only move the 8 % that the cold plates cannot reach — memory, NICs, power supplies — so the room stays quiet and the floor stays dry.
A skived-copper plate sits on every accelerator and CPU. 0.06 °C/W from junction to water, 1.2 bar drop at full flow.
Dripless quick-disconnects, one pair per server. A tray comes out in eleven seconds without draining the loop.
N+1 pumps, 25 µm filtration and a leak model that compares supply and return mass every 200 ms.
Plate exchangers hand 45 °C water to the Tinn district grid. Dry coolers on the roof take the summer surplus.
Every figure on this sheet is a service level, not a brochure claim. Miss one for a quarter and the cooling fee for that hall drops by a fifth.

Two engineers, one day on site, and a written answer within a fortnight: what a warm-water loop costs in your hall, how many nights the retrofit takes, and who in your town would buy the heat.
