Kammlinie links fourteen staffed huts and bivouacs along the Varena crest. One booking holds a bunk in every hut of your traverse, re-checks the weather gate at 05:30 each morning, and moves you a night if a col closes.

02The traverse
Six days, seven roofs, one ledger line.
48 km and 2 960 m of climbing from the larches above Sorell to the post bus at Alp Varena. Each stage is graded on the SAC hiking scale and timed for an unhurried party of four.

A booking is a chain. We keep every link.
Hut-to-hut trips fail at the weakest night. The ledger treats your six bunks as one object and keeps them consistent when the mountain changes its mind.
02Gate
05:30, every morning.
MeteoSwiss freezing level, wind on the cols and the warden's own look out of the window. Three greens open the gate. One red holds the whole party where it slept.

03Shift
A closed col moves everyone.
When the gate holds, the rest of your chain slides a night and the freed bunks go back to the wardens within the hour. You get one message, in your language.
