Ondo Roasters

Roasted where
the hill bends

Move across the field. The camera and the branch take different paths, so the cherries turn toward you and the bough drifts behind — depth without losing the composition.

Hillside orbit · Lot 07

One target. Three depths.

Three lots on the bench

Twelve kilos at a time, roasted to the bean in front of us.

Ondo is a one-drum roastery in a former bakery. We buy from three farms we have visited, roast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and ship the same afternoon. Nothing sits on a shelf.
